Find the Support you Seek
There are many reasons for seeking support through counselling therapy.* These range from the many impacts anxiety and depression can have on our ability to be present in our lives, to the devastation and difficulties that come with loss and grief, all the way to the everyday challenges and stressors, changes and transitions that are part of life.
"No matter the reason(s) you are seeking therapy, I believe that we are all capable of growth and healing both through and on the other side of our struggles."
Life is up and down and can turn us around but we do not need to navigate life's turbulence alone. Together we can uncover, work with and build on your strengths. Together we can explore, find understanding, and mend what feels broken.
"Together we can find a path back to yourself and a way forward."
I work with individuals across the many spectrums of identity and difference and believe this diversity is what makes each of us beautifully unique and, as a species, contributes to the collective resilience found in all human beings. In this work, I embrace humility and acknowledge that there is much I have yet to learn.
"I endeavour to learn and grow alongside you; holding a safe, respectful, non-judgmental, and caring space to support you on your journey."
